He is a Certified Practice Manager from the Australian Association of Practice Managers. Notably, he played a recent role on the Commonwealth's Department of Health Primary Care Reform Practice Management Advisory Board, underscoring his influential presence in the healthcare landscape.

Matt has developed MyDocPay and the product mechanics over the last 3 years, driven by the potential to bridge critical gaps in the health system for funding and accessibility. Collaborating with his wife Sara, he adeptly oversees the operations of three GP practices and one allied health practice. His substantial involvement in primary care commenced in 2017, following an impactful stint working on a deradicalization program with the Future Leaders program in Indonesia.

Matt's journey is marked by a mosaic of learning experiences derived from both failures and triumphs in ventures ranging from social enterprises with asylum seekers to ventures such as aquaponic farming, software products, and a gym. These episodes of growth have uniquely positioned him as an adaptive and resilient individual, well-equipped to navigate the complexities of an ever-evolving landscape.

In 2023, Tanya dedicated her efforts to spearheading the successful rollout of MyDocPay across two prominent GP practices. With a tenure as a practice manager since 2019, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise and leadership, even managing a pivotal GP-led Respiratory Clinic during the height of the Covid pandemic. Her journey in the realm of primary healthcare began in 2014, where she embarked on roles in administration and reception, establishing a strong foundation for her subsequent endeavors.

Tanya's professional trajectory boasts a rich history in management and administration, previously within the employment services sector. Beyond the realms of healthcare, she harnessed her creative prowess, establishing and flourishing in her own photography and design business.

Her profound comprehension of integrating MyDocPay within the dynamics of a General Practice setting is underscored by her proficiency in crafting comprehensive training materials. Her fervor for this field lies in her unwavering commitment to providing patients with improved access to early treatment, subsequently broadening avenues that were previously elusive. Tanya's journey is a testament to her dedication to enhancing healthcare experiences and outcomes.

David is a highly skilled finance and accounting professional with notable qualifications including being a Chartered Accountant and Business Valuation Specialist. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from UQ. He has gained extensive experience through programs at Big4 Accountancy firms, covering various aspects of auditing and business leadership.

David founded his own accountancy firm specialized in Medical Centers and GPs, David has significantly improved the profitability and growth of medical centers in QLD and NSW, providing a range of financial services. His expertise also includes advising a marine group on securing substantial funding and enhancing revenue, along with previous roles as Senior Financial Analyst in a Medical Group where he handled finance, acquisitions, and system implementations. David's career in accountancy audit and advisory further highlights his excellence in financial management and strategy across different sectors.

Dr. Aloechka Delamaine is an accomplished GP whose extensive experience spans across clinical, academic, and innovative healthcare sectors in Australia and New Zealand. After receiving her MBBS from James Cook University in 2013, she furthered her credentials by obtaining a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2019, in addition to her FRNZCGP in 2022.

Her clinical journey includes a significant tenure as an emergency doctor at Logan Hospital, QLD, Australia, from 2016 to 2019. In this role, Dr. Delamaine developed a broad skill set managing acute and chronic conditions, minor surgery, women’s health, mental health, and paediatrics.

In academia, Dr. Delamaine contributes as a casual staff member at the University of Auckland's Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, where she is actively involved in teaching and research in primary health care. Her innovative spirit is highlighted by her involvement in a healthtech startup and her triumph in the RACGP QLD mini hackathon 2018 alongside Matt Mercer.

Now, as she pursues her Masters in Public Health, Dr. Delamaine brings this rich blend of clinical expertise, academic insight, and innovative thinking to her role as the Chief Medical Officer at Mydocpay. Her diverse experience positions her exceptionally to lead and contribute significantly to the organization.

With an extensive career spanning over 25 years, Jim is a seasoned expert in delivering comprehensive technical support to small businesses. His proficiency extends to installing, maintaining, and resolving software and hardware issues within the Microsoft Windows environment. Jim possesses a keen understanding of the unique requirements of small retailers, particularly those involving point-of-sale software and hardware solutions.

His versatility shines as he extends his expertise to specialized fields, including providing adept support to GP medical clinics and specialists. He is well-versed in PMS platforms such as Medical Director/Bluechip, Best Practice, and Genie, catering to the intricacies of the healthcare industry.

Jim's skill set encompasses software development, with his adeptness in crafting .net applications for seamless integration between business management software and web services.

He has notably engineered software automating freight consignment for a national wholesaler, streamlining interactions with various national and local freight companies. He also has experience in customising programs for specific needs. For instance, he tailored a solution for Silky Oaks Medical Practice, bridging Best Practice management software with third-party web services to facilitate E-mails, SMS messages, reports, and Zoom appointments.

Jim's proficiency extends to remote and on-site support for small business PC networks, with or without on-premises servers. He's well-versed in Remote Desktop deployments, both on-site and hosted, as well as the management of Microsoft 365 tenants. His rich experience and diverse skill set make him an invaluable asset in the realm of technical support and business solutions.

Mark is a seasoned Technical Team Lead with 12+ years of expertise in remote, hybrid, and on-site team management. His forte lies in designing and scaling enterprise applications for optimal performance and user satisfaction. Proficient in agile and lean practices, Mark excels in aligning team architectures with software architecture at scale.

Currently at Versent, Mark drives digital modernization projects, advising on cloud migration and implementing best practices. His roles span team orchestration, user experience consistency, and training. Notably, he managed a high-transaction national authentication platform during the pandemic at Thoughtworks. His specific startup experiences include co-founding Zegeba, a Health Field startup in Norway, leading the creation of a versatile clinical data system for online and offline use. Deployed in West Africa during the 2014-2016 Ebola Outbreak, it integrated data seamlessly and was valued at NOK6B ($589M) in 2014. In Silicon Valley's ClinCapture (formerly Clinovo), Mark contributed to an end-to-end system for vaccine trials, valued at $26B by 2019. This system catered to Clinical Research Organizations and pharmaceuticals, handling trials from Phase 1 to regulatory submission.

Mark's achievements include innovative onboarding strategies, rapid system recovery, and gender diversity advocacy. His insights were shared in talks like "Managing Team Cognitive Load." Holding degrees in International Health and Information Technology, Mark embodies technical leadership excellence.
